If you need after hours emergency maintenance, please contact the property manager on duty – 6288 6277
Please leave a message that provides your name and property address, along with a detailed description of your emergency.
You can then contact the relevant tradesperson found on the list below. If no tradesperson on the attached list is available, you can engage a qualified tradesperson of your choosing.
Please report all routine maintenance to your property manager during business hours.
